Dreamforce Executive Summit 2017

Salesforce invites its top customers and C-level executives to the Executive Summit program running during the overall Dreamforce event. This years exclusive program consisted of a lounge, roundtable sessions, keynotes, a welcome reception as well as programs associated with the many charitable programs Salesforce is involved in. This year FXP needed to work within the trailhead theme but make it new and fresh. We brought back the cabins but changed up the design and layout. There was more lounge space available for a library workspace for attendees to enjoy and acted as an overflow space to watch Michelle Obama's keynote.

Lucid Motors Global Reveal 2020
Lucid Motors planned to reveal the Lucid Air at the NY Auto Show but with the pandemic canceling all auto shows they had to pivot to a digital solution. Lucid's internal creative team shot and cut the product video and we supported the webcast on September 9th by broadcasting the event to YouTube, Twitter and Facebook as well as producing the live Q&A at their headquarters in Newark, CA.

Hyundai National Dealer Meeting 2010

The Hyundai National Dealer Meeting happened in April 2010 in Montgomery, Alabama. What a great event and a great challenge: From the two transformative meeting spaces to the visit of the Hyundai plant with a high energy ride and drive, the meeting called for high synchronization of people, energy and media to create a unique experience reflecting and celebrating the Hyundai brand.

Cisco Live 2018

This year Cisco Live moved to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL. Featuring two massive travelling LED screens and brining back the kinetic LED lighting on computer controlled winches but this time as rods the audience was immersed in the content. Moving from the day 1 general session into day 2 the rods were moved to make the attendees feel even more engaged. The show was a huge success with 460B social media impressions, 61K+ social media mentions and 375K online broadcast views.

Kia Motors America Dealer Meeting 2017

Kia Motors America brought their dealers to the Wynn in Las Vegas. The dealers were treated to a welcome reception, business meeting, Car salon complete with celebrity meet & greet, awards gala, dinner and entertainment by Steven Tyler. The business meeting included a mixture of graphics, Watchout and D3 servers which totaled seventeen 4k sources through 3 Barco e2 systems. The 1,200 tile canvas totaled over 15k pixels wide by 1296 pixels tall. The massive LED screens provided a backdrop for presentations that enveloped the audience as well as breathtaking live performances to compliment the vehicle reveals.

Nissan National Dealer Leadership Forum

In 2012 The Nissan executive team wanted to bring their dealers together to discuss leadership and how empower staff. We created an immersive experience for a large audience with a custom 22'x240' set made of cyc material that was connected to hard set pieces and allowed presenters to access the stage through a hidden door.

Sony 

Served as the lead producer on the product launch for Sony Vaio computer which took place during fashion week. Activated the concept of mannequins “coming to life” in this performance art campaign. With a very aggressive timeline we found models, a choreographer,  stylist and venues including all permits. Models were brought to selected locations and “came to life” in choreographed sets and remained in poses in between generating a lot of buzz and media attention.

Hyundai National Dealer Meeting 2011

Jack Morton created a 100' long stage integrating Musion holographic 3D projection technology for the 2011 Hyundai National Dealer Meeting in Las Vegas in order to deliver an innovative and cutting edge series of business and executive presentations.  Rigorous planning and precise design allowed a complete integration between live executive presenters, vehicles, speaker support content and holographic content, creating a seamless yet spectacular result. Developing the largest  implementation of musion technology worldwide to date brought many challenges. From massive screen resolution to a totally new approach to keynote content design, every element of the show had to be very carefully crafted to insure maximum visual and emotional impact.

Kia Motors America had the world debut of the all-new 2018 Kia Stinger at the North American International Auto Show. Kia kicked off the night before with a reception at the Russell packed with a select group of media and over 30K viewing the live webcast across the globe. The next day the car was revealed to the broader media and they were given performance and design details from the Kia chief designers from Europe. The press coverage was outstanding including the front page of The Detroit News and home page stories in USA Today and Forbes as well as all the top automotive media.

For 2019 Salesforce moved the Exec Summit to a new space at Moscone which brought new opportunities and challenges. The program retained its general layout with a lounge, roundtable sessions, keynotes  as well as a welcome reception. This year we brought an amazing new LED screen to the keynote room and a variety of breakout sessions in different room set ups as well as bringing back the Inspiration Point sessions.

As the lead producer on the Hyundai account from 2008 through 2011 I produced countless activations for HMA. Over the years this has included product launches, multiple Concours d' Elegance events across the country and activations through sponsorships (Dodgers, TED, Coachella, X-Games, Drift, Golf Tournaments, etc). Cisco Live 2019
​Cisco moved to San Diego Convention Center for their 2019 user conference. The general session was designed to both wow the audience and put attendees at the heart of the story—whether they were watching in person or tuning in remotely. For those in the room, one of the event design challenges is simply getting 13,000 people into a flat-floor convention center venue without detracting from the experience. We used scenic design and audiovisual vignettes to create a walk-in that evoked something between an immersive art installation and a rock ‘n’ roll light show.
We put together a responsive network of illuminated tubes that reacted organically to video and audio. Deployed on the room’s outer screens, the displays helped focus guests’ attention on the mainstage speaker and key content on the main screen. Overall, the event used more than 1,000 lighting fixtures, multiple high-res LED screens and multiple arrays of concert speakers.

Cisco Live 2017

Cisco launched one of their biggest announcements at Cisco Live. The general session needed to show the complete reset in a cool technical reveal. We accomplished that with key immersive elements. These included hundreds of kinetic LED balls suspended on DMX-controlled winches, 18 lasers that "connected the dots," massive 56 x 16.5 double sided LED screens, an LED stage and the chest shaking audio. The opening moment took attendees through the process of the shut down and the reset using all the technology in a choreographed segment. The technology was then adapted for all speakers presentations. The show was a huge success with 872+ million social media impressions, record attendance at 28,000 and 354,000 online broadcast views.
